Project Runway for dolls

This challenge was to make something from a repurposed item and a non clothing item.
I chose a skirt that no longer fit and some washers from Patton's tools. It is meant to be a shift dress ala "Real Housewives of the OC" but I did not have the bling or the shoes. But Samantha has definitely got the attitude.
